The best multivitamin complex! The composition is perfectly matched and has helped reduce chest pain. If you start taking it in August or September, you’ll avoid headaches all autumn and winter! I take one or two capsules; starting with two is fine, then reduce to one for maintenance. The male complex is also excellent; my husband saw improvements with his abdominal pain related to prostatitis, something doctors couldn’t resolve. He is very pleased with the results.
